Professional training for the development of the Group is held annually to improve the quality and the skills of the leaders and the key staff. The Group cooperates with colleges to conduct full-time, on-the-job training to learn new knowledge, new theories, and new skills.
Accommodation: After negotiating with the government, the Group secured 175 Public Rental Apartments for its employees. These apartments are available for purchase by the key staff, the loyal employees, and those with the most potential.
Living Conditions: The Group continuously improves the living conditions of its employees. The health of the staff and their diets are monitored to ensure ample nutrition. The cooks who are employed come from the hometowns of most of the employees. Similarly, the overseas cooks are selected from their local areas and the food preparation respects the different nationalities. In terms of accommodation, the Group provides heat and air conditioning, TVs, bathrooms, and internet in the employees’ dormitory.
Vacation: Employees take holidays by turns. They can go home for vacations after a period of working abroad when needed.

Introduction of Talents: ZPEC awards 5,000 to 20,000 RMB per year to the outstanding staff who leave their previous jobs in this industry and join ZPEC.
Referral Talent Reward: ZPEC awards 2,000 to 10,000 RMB to any employee who successfully recommends new talent to the Group.
